At MegaKfood, we prioritize the freshness and safety of our products; therefore, we accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for food safety reasons, perishable goods cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Approval Review

Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
